Payment & Refund Policy — Sedona Men's Retreat

Please review the payment and refund policy for the Sedona Men’s Retreat before completing your purchase.

Deposit

A $500 non-refundable deposit is included in your booking and reserves your spot for the retreat.

Refunds on the remaining balance are available according to the following schedule:

60+ days before the retreat: Full refund of the remaining balance except the $500 deposit per person
46–59 days before the retreat: 50% refund of the remaining balance
45 days or less before the retreat: Non-refundable

Cancel on or before October 4, 2026: Refund of all payments except the $500 deposit
Cancel between October 5, 2026 and October 18, 2026: 50% refund of payments above the $500 deposit
Cancel on or after October 19, 2026: All payments are non-refundable
