Who this retreat is for

Most men will arrive on their own and will not know anyone when they get there. You do not need previous experience with men's groups or retreats.

This retreat may be a good fit if:

  • You are looking for a meaningful experience, not only a weekend away.
  • You are often a rock for other people and want space to reconnect with yourself.
  • You want time to step back, think clearly, disconnect from screens,  and give attention to what matters most.
  • You want real conversations with other men that move beyond work, sports, and surface-level updates.
  • You are interested in personal growth without pressure to perform, prove yourself, or share more than you are ready to.
  • You enjoy being outdoors and are open to reflection, movement, conversation, and trying something different.
  • You want a retreat that includes depth, good meals, rest, laughter, and time to enjoy the outdoors.
  • You are willing to participate and see what four days away may open up.

What the retreat is actually like

FOUR DAYS IN SEDONA WITH A GREAT GROUP OF MEN.

Most men will arrive on their own and will not know anyone when they get there.

Over four days, the group will stay together in a comfortable private lodge, spend time on Sedona's trails, share meals, and take part in facilitated conversations, yoga, breathwork, grounding practices, and personal reflection.

Some parts of the retreat will invite deeper reflection. Other parts will be active, relaxed, and enjoyable. You will be encouraged to engage fully, and no one will be pressured to share more than he is ready to.

WHAT MEN ARE SAYING

Experiences from therapy, groups, coaching, and previous programs.

"Working with Christopher was different from any therapy I'd done before. It wasn't just about talking. It was about seeing parts of myself I'd been avoiding for years. I feel stronger, more grounded, and more connected to the people I care about."
